Shipping and delivery times indicated on the site are estimates, not absolute guarantees. ZOE TECH S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods (Article 63 of the Consumer Code for consumer purchases).

If you purchase as a Consumer—an individual acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity—you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons and without penalty, within 14 days.

Under European legislation and the Italian Consumer Code, all products sold to consumers benefit from the Legal Guarantee of Conformity lasting 24 months from delivery of the goods.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement at no cost or, where this is not possible, to a suitable price reduction or termination of the contract.

The MIAKORO^® trademark and all content on the site—trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics, videos, layout, and programming code—are the exclusive property of ZOE TECH S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the site’s content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of ZOE TECH S.R.L.

For Consumers: for any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms, exclusive territorial jurisdiction belongs to the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy or the European Union.
